If for any reason you are not satisfied, please review our policy below.

Returns
Due to the nature of our products and international logistics, we do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference.

Refunds or replacements are only offered in the following cases:
• You received a damaged or defective item
• You received the wrong item

To be eligible, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide clear photos or videos showing the issue.

Once approved, we will offer either:
• A replacement at no additional cost, or
• A refund to the original payment method

Exchanges
We currently do not offer exchanges for different colors or styles.

Important Notes
• Refund requests without valid proof will not be approved
• Items showing signs of wear or use are not eligible
• Shipping fees are non-refundable
