At Aura Craft, every piece is carefully inspected before shipment to ensure quality and craftsmanship.
We accept refund or replacement requests within 30 days of delivery under the following conditions:

Item shows clear quality issues upon arrival
In these cases, please contact us at support@auracraft.org with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
Once verified, we will offer a replacement or a refund accordingly.
Non-Returnable Items
To maintain fairness and hygiene standards, we do not accept returns for:

Change of mind after delivery

Items worn, used, or altered

Requests made after 30 days from delivery
As our products are offered at highly competitive pricing, physical returns are not required or accepted in most cases. Approved refunds will be processed directly after verification.
